John Broaddus was recently Vice President, Channel Sales & Alliances for TRX bringing a wealth of sales and marketing expertise from a variety of consumer and commercial enterprises. John is responsible for creating and managing the formal channel sales strategy and the TRX reseller program. In addition to channel sales and resellers, he oversees alliances with 3rd party technology and content partners.
Before joining TRX, John was Vice President of Sales at SignUp4, a leading provider of meetings management technology solutions. While at SignUp4, John more than doubled sales revenue, elongated the length of the average contract, helped initiate marketing plans and established significant partner relationships. Before SignUp4, John was Vice President of Sales for Mansell Group, a leading Atlanta-based email marketing company, where he managed customer acquisition campaigns for both major corporate enterprises and emerging start-ups alike. John has a keen sense of adaptation stemming from his successful endeavors in the music and art industries as well, including recording platinum album in his basement and being a featured studio artist. John's entrepreneurial background has reinforced his ability to invest in long term relationships, to include cultivating products through key industry professionals and companies.
John earned a bachelor's degree in Management from Shorter College and an associate's degree in Recording Engineering from Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts.

Marjorie Singley-Hall is CEO of Ampersand Associates, Inc., an Executive Search and Board Development Company for businesses. Ampersand Associates, Inc. is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She is also Co-Founder and CEO of AGBA Solutions, LLC, which is a company focused on creating business solutions for agribusiness. Prior to forming Ampersand Associates, Inc., Ms. Singley-Hall was president of an Atlanta-based search firm and a partner in a regional search firm. She was also Partner and Managing Director of Life Sciences and Healthcare for Eton Partners, LLC, a boutique executive search firm in Atlanta. Prior to her corporate consulting and executive search career, Ms. Singley-Hall was heavily involved in the insurance industry as an insurance litigation examiner, owner of an insurance training school, and a licensed insurance agent. She received the Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW) designation.
Ms. Singley-Hall serves on the boards of GROWE, Inc., SecuredPay Solutions, Inc. and EyeMail, Inc. She is the founder of the Human Resources Society of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and is a former board member of TAG. She is an active member of the CEO Netweavers. She is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Healthcare Foundation. She speaks locally, regionally and nationally on board organization and corporate leadership.
Ms. Singley-Hall chairs the Atlanta Advisory Board for the Women's Leadership Exchange, and she is a member of the Atlanta LEXCI circle for WLE.
Ms. Singley-Hall is active in the Atlanta non-profit community. She serves on the Children's Community Board of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and the Auxiliary of Shepherd Spinal Center. Ms. Singley-Hall is Past Chair and a current Advisory Board member of the Atlanta Women's Alliance, Inc. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Women's Leadership Forum.
In 2007, Ms. Singley-Hall was named as one of the Ten Women of Distinction for the State of Georgia by the Chick-fil-A Bowl and the Russell Athletic Shootout. In February of 2009, Ms. Singley-Hall was presented with the national Ascendancy Award from w2wlink.com and ClubCorp for her mentorship and being a guiding light to women around her. In October of 2009, Ms. Singley-Hall was named as one of 100 women internationally to receive the World of Difference Award from The International Alliance for Women (TIAW) for fostering entrepreneurship for women.
Ms. Singley-Hall is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism. She sings in and tours nationally and internationally with the Cathedral Choir of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip. She sang as a part of the choir-in-residence in Westminster Abbey in London in 2003 and 2007.
Todd Burks is a former NFL player, active businessman and public speaker involved in his community and national charity work. Todd’s perseverance and determination earned him a shot in the NFL. The legendary All-Pro Hall of Fame great Walter Payton realized Todd’s drive and athletic ability and endorsed him for a tryout with the Chicago Bears.
Burks was a defensive back at the University of New Haven and at the University of Central Florida, which is very telling of his athletic abilities and intelligence to play the game. Burks was one of the most driven athletes of his generation earning high praise and several awards across various sports. He was instrumental in helping his teammates elevate to new levels to the point he was inducted into his hometown Clarence High School Hall of Fame in Buffalo New York. Burks also played for the Canadian Football League, Ottawa Roughriders. His last stop in his professional football career came with the former Miami Hooters and Florida Bobcats.
His first job after his career in football was in the classroom. Todd naturally took the lessons he learned in athletics and teamwork into the classroom in Orlando, Florida. Burks taught English and core curriculum to at risk children at XL Private Industry Council. Todd also coached football at Colonial High School in Orlando in concert with his teaching career.
Throughout Todd’s career, he learned the value of sweat equity which helped him work his way to the medical field, with a focus on Multiple Sclerosis. Todd has done many fund raisers for Multiple Sclerosis and continues to be an integral part of the Atlanta community that raises money, awareness and education about the disease.
In his spare time he enjoys volunteering his time with the Woodstock Police Depart and riding with Officer Berry and Atticus of the K9 Unit. He also takes great pride in working through the NFL with Crossroads Homeless Shelter for men, women, and children.
Burks has inspired many through his public speaking and continues to speak to corporations and schools in the Southeast. Burks is also known for his product endorsements and advertising throughout his athletic career.
